Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

• Flat Rate Shipping: $8.95 CAD across Canada.
• Free Shipping: Available on all Canadian orders over $75 CAD (before taxes).

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within select areas of Kelowna, BC. If your address qualifies, Local Delivery will be available as a shipping option at checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. While we do our best to ensure your order arrives promptly, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Wednesday Waffles is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. If you experience a problem with your shipment, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
